1. Refund Eligibility Conditions: A refund of the Course fee (INR 1,999) will be considered only if ALL conditions below are met:
   1. You have watched 100% of all 16 modules, verified via platform completion data.
   2. You have attended all weekly live Zoom sessions during the three-month period (or watched official replays where applicable).
   3. You have actively followed all trade calls shared in the Inner Circle Telegram group, without selective execution.
   4. You have maintained verifiable proof of trade execution and results.
   5. You have not violated any Course rules or community guidelines.
   6. You submit a formal written refund request with supporting evidence within 7 days after completion of the three-month period.
2. Failure to meet any one of the above conditions will render You ineligible for a refund.
3. Refunds are limited strictly to the Course fee paid (INR 1,999) and do not include: Trading losses, Opportunity costs, Taxes, or Platform or exchange fees.
